30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan - Pro ($9.99) and Team ($99). If you request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You do not need to explain why. You do not need to prove that something is broken. If the product is not working for you within the first 30 days, that is reason enough.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to loopback@promise.codes with the subject line Refund Request. Include the following information:
- ▸The email address used at checkout
- ▸Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- ▸The plan you purchased (Pro or Team)
That is all we need. We will confirm your refund request by email within one business day.
What Is Eligible
All paid one-time purchases (Pro and Team) are eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window. The Free plan involves no payment, so no refund applies.
If you have purchased multiple licenses (e.g., Pro + Team), each is eligible independently within its own 30-day window from the respective purchase date.
What Is Not Eligible
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are not eligible. We also cannot issue refunds for licenses that have been transferred to a third party, or where there is clear evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
Processing Time
Once we approve your refund request (within one business day of your email), Stripe processes the return to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund typically appears within 5-10 business days. We will email you a confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.
License After Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your license key is revoked. The extension will revert to the Free tier limitations. Any local data (pins, screenshots, project files) stored on your device remains intact - we do not delete local data.
